The Institutional Collaborations Committee for Student Exchange and Course Enrichment, established under the vision of Principal Professor Bhawna Pandey, aims to elevate our college and create opportunities. The committee is dedicated to promoting academic opportunities, skill-building, and institutional enrichment for students and faculty. It is organized into three specialized wings: the Student Training Wing, the Collaboration Wing, and the APAR & FDP Wing. The committee engages in various activities to enrich the academic environment, such as conducting interactive sessions, organizing foreign excursions and educational trips, and hosting academic talks. Additionally, it works on strengthening the administrative framework to ensure efficient operation.
Student Training wing
This wing has been established with a strong conviction to promote the holistic development and upskilling of students. It works closely on enhancing the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) of the students, complementing their academic grooming. The wing strives to extend learning beyond college classrooms and campus, encouraging students to step into an environment of experiential learning, interacting and networking with people from diverse backgrounds.
Collaboration wing
The role of the Collaboration Wing of the Committee is to strategize, coordinate, and facilitate collaboration between the College and other institutions, organizations, and individuals to provide an enhanced teaching and learning experience for students and faculty. We aim to furnish our students and faculty with training, knowledge, and exposure that goes beyond what can be provided by the current physical infrastructure and intellectual resources of the College by securing cooperation from experts in various fields.
APAR and FDP wing
The goal of this wing is to foster professional growth and enhance the skills and capabilities of our faculty, ensuring they remain at the forefront of educational excellence. This involves the implementation of the Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) and the organization of Faculty Development Programs (FDPs). By evaluating faculty performance through APAR and providing continuous opportunities for development through FDPs, the wing aims to continually uplift and enhance the capabilities of our faculty.
