The Dyal Singh Evening College Library was started with the college as a constituent college of the University of Delhi in 1958. The college library is a large library with a huge number of users and collection of books.The library has a huge collection of books, from the classics to the latest editions, journals, magazines and e-resources to disseminate knowledge to one and all. The library is furnished with 73,611 books (31.03.2024), 13 newspapers, 19 journals and magazines.The library provides access to more than 6000+ e-journals and 164300+ eBooks after one becomes a member of the National Library and Information Service Infrastructure for scholarly content (N-List) program of MHRD/UGC. The library is also connected with the Delhi University Network System and through this network it provides access to e-resources of Delhi University Library System and UGC-INFONET consortium. The Library’s computerized Software for University Libraries (SOUL) is a state-of-the-art integrated library management software designed and developed the INFLIBNET Centre and is also Wi-Fi enabled.
